BODYPUMP®
The original barbell class that will shape, tone and strengthen your entire body.
Often referred to as ‘Pump’ by those who love it, it’s one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape. This class focuses on vital compound movements such as squats, lifts, rows and presses to gain strength and burn calories.
BODYBALANCE®
Inspired by Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, helping you to improve your flexibility and strength while leaving you feeling centered and calm.
Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
RPM®
High intensity indoor cycling class that drives some serious results.
A combination of flat riding, hill climbs and sprints paired with motivating music will make you fall in love with RPM®. The addictive workouts will push you to your limits by making your heart rate soar. We also offer SPRINT® which is a 30 minute high-intensity version of RPM®.
BODYSTEP®

Using a combination of rhythmic stepping with strength moves such as squats, lunges, push ups and plate exercises, BODYSTEP® will leave you feeling successful regardless of your fitness level.
BODYCOMBAT®
An empowering, energetic program designed to improve fitness, burn some serious calories, and improve core strength.
BODYCOMBAT® is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

Holistic fitness with cardio, strength, and core workouts
LES MILLS TONE will burn calories and help you build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength.

RTB | Raise The Bar
40min High Intensity class focusing on Barbell and Bodyweight movements mixed with small amounts of Cardio
Rapid
This high-intensity class is designed to boost endurance, stamina, and speed by keeping your heart rate elevated with well-timed breaks in between. Lasting 30 minutes, it aims to challenge your fitness levels while maintaining a steady pace throughout.
Knock Out
Join our high intensity functional fitness class at the Lake Road gym, where we use bikes, bags, weights, and running circuits to burn serious calories. This unique workout is only in Rotorua.
Box Fit
Box your way to a fitter, healthier body with our Boxfit trainers. Boxing, cardio and strength training along with partner work and technical movements - this class packs a punch!
Shape and Tone
This class is perfect for anyone, at any fitness level, and features low intensity full body movements, ending with a focused core circuit workout.
Booty Boutique
Using a mix of polymetric exercises, strength training, and Pilates routines, Booty Boutique offers the best glute workout to help build a strong, firm, and toned bum!
Zumba
We are one of the few gyms in Rotorua to offer Zumba classes.
Zumba is a music-driven cardio dance workout. It's easy and fun! Enjoy different styles such as salsa, reggaetone, bollywood, merengue and more.
