Our new release day is a great way to try out all of our Les Mills group fitness classes so you can find the right mix for you! Classes are run in 25-minute formats and run back-to-back from 7:30am through until 11:30am.
All classes will be held in our NEW group fitness room at Profiles 2.0 (120 Lake Road) which has more space than we've ever had before on a release day! We'll also have plenty of equipment so we can get as many of you involved as possible.
Class schedule
We'll be running classes in the following order of times:
7:30am GRIT Cardio
8:00am BodyPump
8:30am CXWORX
9:00am BodyCombat
9:30am GRIT Strength
10:00am Sh'Bam
10:30am BodyStep
11:00am BodyBalance
